We can design anything from the simplest manually operated molds for investment casting to more complex manual molds with hand loaded cores, soluble cores, and other undercut solutions, to fully automatic molds to eject your wax patterns for high yield production.

Our designs use mold bases and components from the best known suppliers in the industry as a foundation to make sure everything is standard and ready to manufacture for your presses.

Solid 3d Designs complete and ready to cut, to your specifications and industry standards.
We will also take on jobs generating Cavity, Core and Slide, Insert, or soluble core separation that your in-house designers can adapt to your own standards, or splitting parts for multiple-cavity molding for wax assembly for investment casting. Designing fixtures for cutting inserts and components is a specialty, and we can also design electrodes for EDM.
